Brett Puckett, PA-C

Brett Puckett, PA-C is a board-certified Physician Assistant, based out of our Northside Hospital-Gwinnett location. Brett works with Dr. Kellie K. Middleton. He assists Dr. Middleton by performing medical examinations, ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, implementing treatment plans and as a surgical assist in the OR.

Brett graduated from the Emory University School of Medicine Physician Assistant program. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training, with a minor in Exercise Science, from Indiana University and completed his Master of Science in Athletic Training from West Virginia University. Brett has extensive experience working with competitive athletes from youth to the professional level. Prior to PA school, Brett spent two and a half years in the NFL as an athletic trainer with the Indianapolis Colts. Brett loves staying active in his free time and you will likely find him on the golf course most weekends.
