About Dr. David M. Schwartz

Dr. David Schwartz is a fellowship-trained and licensed neuropsychologist who has extensive experience in the assessment and treatment of concussions and traumatic brain injuries in athletes and non-athletes, as well as other neurological diagnoses. He also specializes in neurocognitive rehabilitation. Dr. Schwartz completed his Fellowship in Clinical Neuropsychology at the Harvard Affiliated Teaching Hospitals and the Tufts-New England Medical Center. Dr. Schwartz utilizes a consensus building approach when working with individuals, families, professionals and community resources. He is known for his practical applied recommendations and his easy accessibility.
 
At the Northside Hospital Concussion Institute, he works with a multi-disciplinary team to provide comprehensive evaluations, tailored treatment recommendations, and problem-oriented neurocognitive rehabilitation. Dr. Schwartz sees patients across the lifespan. He is also a Diplomate of the American Board of Pediatric Neuropsychology and a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatric Neuropsychology.
